Spa Arrival
Please understand that late arrivals may not be able to receive an extension of scheduled treatments. We will provide robes and slippers at the time of treatment. Please do not bring valuables to the gym or spa area. Gramercy Park Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Health Conditions
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your service.

Cleanliness
In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.

The minimum age requirement to access spa and gym is 18.
