For your convenience we offer a paperless check in. Check in time is 3pm. This time allows for us to make certain your room is pristine before your arrival. Should you need earlier accommodation, we are happy to assist upon availability. An early check-in charge may be applicable.
Check out time is at 12pm. For your convenience, instant check out is available to all our Guests. You may review your bill on your television at any time during your stay or if you prefer a paper copy, you may request one. Requests for a late check out should be directed to the front office on the morning of your departure and may be subject to availability and an additional charge.
Valet parking is available for $65 per day for cars and $75 for SUVs. These rates are subject to change. Parking is also available at Icon garage, located at 21st Street and Park Avenue. 24-hour parking costs are approximately $43 and are subject to change.
Same day valet service is available Monday through Sunday. All items will be returned by 7pm. Express service is available from 10am to 1pm for an additional fee. Pressing and shoe shining services are also available. Our tailor can assist you with alterations and repairs.

The "New York City Smoke Free Air Act" states that smoking is not permitted in public places and places of employment. Therefore, smoking is not allowed in any public area, food and beverage outlet or designated non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking rooms and outside the building.
Unlimited wireless High-Speed Internet access is available from your own laptop. This service is available from the Guest Room or any public areas within the Hotel lobby, Bars and Restaurants. Your laptop must be equipped with a wireless card. There is a daily charge of $16 for use of the service.
